Champions for Kids & Colgate – Bright Smiles Bright Futures®
Champions for Kids :: Colgate Bright Smiles Bright Futures® #Colgate4Kids
My baby boy started smiling around 2 months old and from that time, he has sported the most infectious smile. He was called Smiley in the infant room at daycare and to this day, we still get stopped at Walmart so strangers can tell us they love his smile. Hubby and I definitely want to keep that smile bright so we are doing what we can to take care of those big boy shiny teeth. The Boy is learning about hygiene in his Pre-K daycare class and it has become more evident that there are children in his class who need help to keep up with their dental hygiene needs.
Give kids in your community a brighter smile!
Here’s how you can help! Children in need often do not receive regular dental check-ups, which can lead to cavities, discomfort, and embarassment that can distract them from learning and succeeding at school. But you can help! Gather your family, friends, and co-workers to collect basic dental care items like toothbrushes and toothpaste. Consider hosting a party where the “entry fee” is kids dental care items, or even a friendly workplace competition to see who can donate the most items! Donate the items to an organization in your community that helps children (like a school, community organization, or food bank). – from Champions for Kids site

I’m all for keeping the kids smiling and keeping their teeth in shape to smile. I just may have to host a “Champions for Kids” party. Maybe I’ll get a few neighbors to do it too.
