No, I don’t worship the earth.
wha-what??
went to the festival held in our local city
i will celebrate earth day by recycling paper, plastic, etc.like i usually do. I think things are getting alittle better overall, but there is still alot of work to be done for our earth to make it better for future generations
It was raining so we didn’t do anything but if it had been sunny we would’ve been planting in our yard
I did not do anything particular for Earth day but I always recycle and try to reuse whatever I can.
Our town had an Earth Day at the Environmental Center. The kids got to plant a tree and then they learned gardening techniques and learned how to recycle.
It was a great day for all. I think the awareness is much greater but I don’t think we’re anywhere where we need to be yet.

We didn’t really celebrate. Just stayed in, conserved energy and gas by not running around everywhere like we usually do on Sundays!
We went across the road to the graveyard and picked up any trash that we could find.
We’re tilling our garden. I can’t want to plant it!

We are cleaning up a bit in the neighbourhood
I’m not sure if things have gotten better for the environment, but I really do think that there is more awareness about the things that we can do to help save the environment.
We worked in our garden for earth day. Also, I do things for the earth daily, by being a vegan.
I am not doing anything specific for Earth Day…and I think things have and will continue to get worse…
We don’t really do anything to celebrate the day. We recycle/reuse on a daily basis.

We try to be conscious of the effect that we have on the environment all year long, but I think Earth Day is a great time to talk to kids about the importance of taking care of the environment and maybe doing something together like planting a tree or picking up trash.
