Fatty Friday – 295.6
Well, thank goodness we are back on track after the Holidays and losing weight again!!
After last week's slight gain, we were more determined to stay on track and lose this week. We have been thrilled with how much less difficult it has been to eat right and how great we are feeling!!
I'm making my journey of weight loss public in hopes that the accountability will help me and talking about the struggle of addiction to food will help others!!
Hubby and I are feeling great and every day we notice changes in how our clothes are fitting better. We took our son to the football field like he's been asking and walked two laps (he ran the entire two laps!!) and then Hubby and him ran the football field and back. It was so much fun, but the cold weather and the boy's cough kept us from staying any longer.
So, here it is…
I lost 2.6lbs this week!!
Hubby lost 4.6!!
I'm at 295.6 and really encouraged to keep it up.
Food is starting to taste better and we had our favorite dessert this week…fruit with fat-free cool whip!! You would be amazed how tasty a small fruit salad can be when your taste buds are clear from sweets and junk food.

You are very inspiring! I need to do the same thing but just haven't been motivated with a recent move. I am hoping to get my life in order here soon and be able to get in some exercise. Every little bit helps and that is awesome that you and DH are doing it together!

Wow – awesome job! And I've discovered after years of light Cool Whip that I don't even like the regular stuff. I also feel that there's nothing better than strawberries with a bit of Splenda and lite Cool Whip. I'm cheering you on!

I know it can be hard. I'm struggling myself trying to loose weight. With my pregnancy last year, my weight has been yo-yo-ing the past 16 months. Looking forward to hearing about your progress!

December is a hard time for me to lose weight because I'm not working, have no schedule and get very lazy. Back on track now! Way to go on your weight loss.
Good job! It can be hard to get back on track after the holidays. My fitness routine got messed up a bit between Christmas and NYE, but now I'm back to normal and feeling much better!
