Thank you so much for posting this safety report. I’d planned on using reflective tape on my twins’ rather dark costumes, and they’ll have glow stick fairy wands, but I hadn’t thought to bring some kind of lighting device, like a flashlight for myself – to make our group more visible.
Very valuable advice. I had no idea the fatalities were so high for children on Halloween!
