How do you get back on track after a weight gain?

This week I learned more about the importance of water for weight loss and how it affected my weekly weigh-in.
I’m not going to apologize or get down on myself. For a change, I’m not even going to make any promises or goals or hopes for this upcoming week. I’m just going to follow my plan to the best of my ability, starting right now, and if I fail, that’s all on me.
