Today is a Happy, Happy Friday, Yippee!! I celebrated Christmas with my extended family last weekend and resisted all the goodies…until my dad made homemade (with home grown) blackberry cobbler…it was SOOO worth it!!

Well, thank goodness we are back on track after the Holidays and losing weight again!! After last week's slight gain, we were more determined to stay on track and lose this week. We have been thrilled with how much less difficult it has been to eat right and how great we are feeling!!
