I realize that Fatty Friday has been coming on Sunday lately, but I think it will get back on track soon. And speaking of back on track…we did so good this week!
Howard and I were “good” this week and it pays off in our health, energy, and on the scale. I’m having some trouble with my jeans staying up so that’s always good!
I lost 3.8 lbs this week!
Howard got to weigh in with me and he lost 4.8 lbs! We are back on track and feeling great! Sorry for the short post this week, but we are busy busy this weekend. I’m thinking of making this more of a series than just weigh-in posts. What do y’all want to know? More about the diet? How we are struggling or feeling good? More on the struggles of being such an overweight person? Tell me what you want to read or give me ideas.
