It's my birthday, I want to talk Blissdom and Bon Jovi…so here it is!
I'm Going to BlissDom with Petit Jean Meats!!
So, I'm getting ready to head out for BlissDom this week and I'm completely terrified. I'm a fun-loving social butterfly online, but I'm pretty darned shy in person. There are so many people I want to meet while I am there…and so little time to meet them all. I hope to connect with most of them (and not seem like an awkward weirdo) and I really hope to learn a LOT! I'm sure I'll have so much to tell you all here so be on the lookout for my #blissdom posts!
I have to thank Petit Jean Meats here for sponsoring my BlissDom ticket. They are amazing and I can't wait to meet Misty and anyone else from PJM who attends. Of course, I wouldn't even know about PJM if it hadn't been for Collective Bias. Thank you all! If you want to know a little more about my connections with PJM, check out my Easter with Petit Jean Meats and The King's Bread Pudding recipe.
Today's my Birthday!!
Well, today is my birthday and I woke up to 24 messages on Facebook with all the love from my friends. I just love days like this! I don't give myself enough credit most of the time, but when people take the time to wish me a Happy Birthday, it just makes me feel special. I know that Facebook reminds them, but they could just ignore it. Heck, most of the time, I see notifications and I still forget to tell my friends…
Apparently, even Google knows it is my birthday because they made me these goodies, which is the closest I should really come to the goodies today. I am on the right track with my weight loss so I'm going to be good!
My one and only (never gonna get it) love – Jon Bon Jovi
When I met my husband, I told him about my love affair with Jon Bon Jovi and he has been jealous ever since. I have had the biggest teeny bopper crush on this man since the first time I saw him and the first time I heard him sing. Hubby bought me tickets to a show for my birthday a few years ago and my aunt took me to a show when I was 18 years old. I guess if he is still performing in ten more years, I will get to see him again.
So…if you made it this far, Congratulations on reading my most random post ever, but hey, it's my birthday and I can ramble if I want to!
What's on your mind today?!
Disclosure: I'm really not sure if I need to disclose here, but I'm going to. Petit Jean Meats is sponsoring my BlissDom ticket, but I was not asked to write about this at all. I just want to totally thank them from the bottom of my heart! Also, I am a member of the Collective Bias™ Social Fabric® Community and I write posts for them all the time. The Petit Jean Meats posts I linked above were compensated and they contain disclosures as well. Do you all think that is enough disclosing? Oh…Jon Bon Jovi pays me nothing for writing about him except sometimes when he is singing, he looks deep into my eyes and I know he's in love with me, too. Okay, I'm done!
