  • Food stamps cannot be used to buy soap, shampoo, or other basic household supplies necessary for good hygiene and healthy children.

Comments

  1. One in five children lives in poverty. That not good. Food stamps so get food but doesnt pay for toliet paper , soap and shampoo. This is a good idea. I know some people that donate samples size things they may get at hotels like shampoos and bars of soap which is very helpful .
