Twelve Fruits and Vegetables even a Picky Eater will eat
Are your kids picky eaters? With my husband being a chef, it is not really an option for our son to be very picky. One of the things we have found recently to help encourage our boy to eat fruits and vegetables is the Copy-Kids DVD.
COPY-KIDSTM EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
The DVD features 12 x 7 minute chapters, one for each of twelve fruits & veggies:
♦ bell pepper ♦ bananas ♦ oranges ♦ carrots ♦ strawberries ♦ avocado ♦ raspberries ♦ tomatoes ♦ apples ♦ broccoli ♦ cucumber ♦ blueberries ♦
Each chapter features several adorable and entertaining children aged 9 months to 4 years, eating with joy and delight. It’s a simple but revolutionary tool for parents who want their kids to develop a life-long habit of healthy eating. The DVD includes an on-camera discussion about healthy eating with renowned pediatrician Dr. Jay Gordon, plus a section of delightful outtakes.
My boy is mostly a good eater and he gets better every day, but we still struggle when it comes to fruits and vegetables. He likes broccoli and cherries, but that is the extent so far. He does; however, love to help Daddy smell the vegetables at the grocery store. Since watching Copy-Kids DVD, he has noticed a few more fruits and vegetables than before. Specifically, he loves to see all of the colors of bell peppers in the store. He has picked them up several times, but we have yet to get him to try one. We’re still trying!!
Although Copy Kids has helped him recognize and think about trying more fruits and vegetables, I think he may be a little old for this DVD to be most useful. This would be a great DVD to start showing your child around age 18 months to 2 years and then introduce the foods to them in the high chair.

Are your children picky eaters or do they eat their fruits and vegetables?!!
I also think pineapple with a pinch of salt is great for them! As for bell pepper, my sister loves eating it like an apple. Haha.
I think that picking up and smelling is the first step to trying it. Sometimes it just takes time. One of my sons eats everything and the other is picky. I can’t say why.
All my kids love broccoli, cucumbers and virtually all fruits except they all hate oranges
2 Love green beans
2 like tomatoes
2 like carrots
1 likes bell peppers
they all love cauliflower and corn
Overall I think they love their fruits and veggies.
