April Fool’s, This year On April 1st I told my husband that work called and he didn’t have to work today; but I had already prepared breakfast for him. Since it was the weekend, he believed me and got dressed and came to eat. When he looked at the clock he said it’s early. I said yes but it is April Fools’ Day, and you do have to go to work. He went from smiling to a frown.

I’ve never been one for April Fool’s jokes. People know to expect them. It takes all the fun out of it. I pull the pranks when nobody sees them coming. I once talked a friend into throwing a Tupperware Party. She scrubbed her apartment clean in preparation. She got the guest list together. She sent out all the invites. She made all the food…. There was no Tupperware Party. It was her Bachelorette Party… Not only did it completely surprise her, but she ended up doing all the work herself. A little evil? Maybe… but you gotta admit, it was also a little genius :)

  35. Tracy Awalt Juliano says:

  36. As for a good joke…I remember in high school our art teacher tried to cover the doorway of our classroom with clingfilm so we’d walk into it but it was a really dodgy job and we saw it coming haha it was a nice try though!
