On Halloween, hubby and I took our daughter(6) trick-or-treating for the first time. She went as Jasmine from Aladdin. It was a memorable experience for all of us.

We were going to be popeye (my 2 1/2yr old son) Olive Oyl (me), & Bluto (hubby)…. but I had an emergency back surgery on Saturday so we had to forgo our get-ups & save them for next year b/c i’m a bed ridden disaster. My son did get to wear his pirate outfit that is brand new anyhow… we had bought it for imaginary play time for him. He wore that to preschool & for trick or treating with daddy & gpa. Can’t wait to to the original outfits next year!

On Friday, I went to Salem, MA for Haunted Happenings. Then I was in Long Island all weekend for a wedding, which was Halloween themed. On the actual day of Halloween, I was driving back home to Florida so I didn’t do anything.

I was happy to pass out the candy this year for Halloween…and not eat it all! Haha! Although, we had so many trick-or-treaters that there wasn’t any candy left. Boo!
